"The only real problem that I had a this hotel was that. My check in was horrible and very disappointing. We checked in and received our keys and when going to our room to settle in there was someone already in that room. We went back to the front desk to tell them and they offer us complimentary breakfast for the trouble. We took our second trip up to our second room and found it was someone in this room also. So you can problem guess I we felt at this moment. We went down to the front desk again and told them what happen, they then gave me a suite instead at the regular guest room price. They also checked the room before we went up to make sure that it was empty. We then didn't feel as safe in the room since we interupt two gentlemen in their room. We also couldn't order any movie on pay per view because their system was done. The heavenly bed was wonderful, my husband and I enjoyed it, the food was good also, but the service was not very good."
